1.      Portraiture packages include coverage for up to 6 people per session, more people may be added at an additional charge of £30 per exra 3 persons.

2.     During studio sessions parents of young children will need to be aware that there are breakable lights and backgrounds etc. so extra care will be needed to make sure               of no breakages. If  damage is sustained I reserve the right to charge the party using the studio for the cost of repair.

3.      Portrait sessions include up to an hour of photographic coverage for package 1 and 2, and upto an hour and a half for package 3.

4.      I will endeavour to make sure that images are suppied for any of my shoots within 3 weeks of the shoot taking place, if loger is needed for any reason I'll contact you to            give an approximate timescale as well as a reason for the delay.

5.      A non-refundable deposit of £35 is required to book any of my portraiture shoots and £150 deposit is required to secure a booking for any of my wedding packages. 

6.      Any monies paid towards a wedding fee between the date of booking and the day of the wedding is non- refundable.

7.       If you need to reschedule your portraiture shoot for any reason the remaining balance will still need to be paid on the day the shoot was originally booked for.

8.      Images supplied be myself may not be altered in anyway, the reason being that they would then cease to be a true representation of my work.

9.      If you need to reschedule on the day of the shoot, please let me know by no later than 9:30am. 

10.   Any prints bought either online or by direct contact with me should arrive with you in perfect condition, if they are not then please let me know and I'll attend to it                       immediately.

11.     With regards to weddings and events, please make sure to let me know of any specific photographs you may want as I may not know everyone there and not get every           shot you want taken.

12.    With regards to weddings, please make sure you have a list of all the group shots you want taken on the day as this will assist in getting all the shots with minimum                 disruption to your wedding day.

13.    Payment for any of my services can be made by cash, bank transfer or via PayPal. I no longer accept cheques as a method of payment.

14.    Additional copies of my images and slideshows are available at a cost of £30 per DVD. 

15.   Cancellation of your wedding photography within 4 weeks of the date of your wedding will still require full payment of the wwedding balance.
